Return Policy for Sim Card Sales:

  1. Unopened Sim Cards: If the Sim card is unopened and in sealed packaging, you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase. Please note that an administrative handling fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply.

  2. Opened Sim Cards: Sim cards cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. This is because once the packaging has been opened, we cannot guarantee that the Sim card has not been used or tampered with.

  3. RICA Process: Sim cards that have gone through the RICA process cannot be returned. This is because once the Sim card has been registered, it cannot be reused or resold.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your unopened Sim card and verify its condition, we will issue a refund minus the administrative handling fee. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned Sim card.
